Cutter Law Conference Room Audio – Visual Setup
Workman Communications recently an exciting project with our new partner at Cutter Law, focusing on enhancing their audio-visual setup for a more immersive experience.
Our team began by installing a new projector, utilizing the existing projector mount and screen to ensure a seamless integration. To connect the audio, we ran a 50-foot headphone to RCA audio cable from the projector to the receiver location. This setup was complemented by the installation of a Yamaha receiver, which was connected to the existing six speakers for optimal sound quality.
Next, we removed the existing projector screen and installed a new 100″ 16×9 projector screen, providing a larger and more vibrant display. During this process, we had to cut sheetrock where necessary to ensure a perfect fit. Additionally, we installed a new 12v trigger wire to connect the screen to the projector, and relocated the existing trigger wire to the new screen location.
This project has significantly upgraded Cutter Law’s audio-visual capabilities, offering an enhanced viewing experience for presentations and meetings.
