We are nearing completion with our ongoing project at 11th and R Street! This is a three-story mixed-use project located on the thriving R Street Corridor in Sacramento, California. The original structure was constructed in 1920. The rehab project keeps the historic landmark façade and adds an additional two floors (26 units) of residential apartments
We’re down to the nitty gritty with our large assisted living facility in Lincoln, CA! We’ve been working hard putting on the final touches.
